What Kweet does
How does Kweet help us get new donors?
Kweet helps you show up consistently with the right message, to the right audience, at the right time. Whether it’s an email appeal, a corporate sponsorship ask, or a social media campaign, Kweet helps you craft donor-centered content that drives engagement and converts.
How much time will Kweet save us?
Most users report saving 4–8 hours per week on writing and planning. That’s a full workday freed up!
What can I do with Kweet?
Kweet helps you scale your content strategy without scaling your team:
- Write and edit content for emails, fundraising campaigns, and donor updates
- Ideate at scale – generate dozens of message angles, themes, or hooks in minutes
- Plan content for different channels (email, blog, LinkedIn, donor decks – you name it)
- Repurpose and adapt content for different audiences and donor types
It’s like having a content strategist, marketer, writer, and campaign assistant – all in one.
How is Kweet different from ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini?
Kweet is purpose-built for nonprofits. As one of our early users put it: “We compared Kweet to ChatGPT and Gemini – and it beats them drastically. Kweet speaks nonprofit, understands our unique goals and mission, and helps us approach our donors effectively.”
Unlike generic AI tools, Kweet understands donor dynamics and nonprofit values out of the box. No prompt engineering jiu-jitsu required.
Pricing & Access
How much does Kweet cost?
Kweet starts at $100/month with flexible pricing based on your needs and scale. There are no setup fees or a learning curve.
How do we know it’s worth the investment?
Kweet pays off in two key ways:
- Time saved for your team by reducing time spent on writing, editing, and repurposing content
- Revenue increased by helping you produce consistent, effective messaging across comms, marketing and fundraising that brings in new individual and corporate donors and helps retain existing donors
Are there discounts for small or grassroots orgs?
Yes – coming soon. We’re working on a sliding scale pricing model based on your organization’s annual revenue, launching later this year. If you’re a small or emerging nonprofit, let us know during your demo – we want to make Kweet accessible.
What kind of support do we get with Kweet?
Direct support from the founders. No bots, no ticket black holes. You’ll have a direct line to the people building the product – consider us your dedicated software engineers.
What’s the benefit of being an early user?
You’re getting exceptional support, fast feature iterations, and a real say in shaping the product. Early users get early-access features and deeper collaboration as we grow. It’s the best time to get in.
Can multiple people on my team use Kweet?
Yes! Kweet is built for collaborative work: multiple users can collaborate on a shared Content Calendar, while having Chats private to them. Are you a team looking to collaborate across fundraising, comms and marketing? You can work on your content strategy together and use Kweet Chats for your own needs.
Do we need to train our team to use Kweet?
No training required – Kweet is intuitive by design. That said, we’re here to support you. Every account comes with a User Guide, prompt engineering tips, and a full product walkthrough to help your team get the most value, fast.
How is our data stored and protected?
We take data security seriously. Your content and activity within Kweet are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not train AI models on your private data, and do not (and never will) sell your data. You’re in full control of your organization’s content and history at all times.
I’m a nonprofit consultant – can I use Kweet across multiple clients?
Yes! Kweet is built to support consultants working with multiple organizations. You can easily toggle between clients and streamline donor engagement strategies. We’re also launching a referral program just for consultants – ask us about it when you book a demo.
What if I’m not ready to sign up right now?
That’s completely fine. The session is about understanding your goals and showing you what’s possible. You’ll leave with ideas and clarity – no pressure, no follow-up spam.
Ethics & Sustainability
Is using AI like Kweet sustainable?
The truth is: responsible, targeted AI use is significantly more energy-efficient than many traditional digital practices. A single AI-assisted message or campaign generated in Kweet can replace hours of manual work and reduce redundant workflows. Individual AI use has a negligible carbon footprint – far lower than endlessly Zooming, emailing, or running inefficient systems.
At Kweet, we take our planet’s health seriously:
- Both of the founders are vegans, committed to sustainability in their personal and professional lives.
- We aim to partner with a reforestation nonprofit to ultimately neutralize Kweet’s carbon footprint.
We believe that it’s more dangerous for the nonprofit sector to be left behind in the AI adoption era. Here’s a great read: Using ChatGPT is not bad for the environment.
Will Kweet replace human fundraisers?
Absolutely not. Kweet is built to help, not replace. We believe in human-led fundraising, where technology removes the repetitive, time-consuming work so humans can focus on relationship-building and strategic thinking. Kweet enhances your voice – it doesn’t replace it.
How does Kweet align with nonprofit values?
Kweet exists to help mission-driven teams do more with less. We know your work is personal, impactful, and people-centered – and we’ve built Kweet to support that, not shortcut it. Our goal is to amplify your reach, not dehumanize the work.
